The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a second with two single beds which can be made up into a double. The sitting room opens onto a good size balcony with wonderful views across the vineyards to the hills of the Massif des Maures. There is a shower room and separate toilet. The apartment is set on the second (top) floor in a small secure residence with private parking, a pool and paddling pool, a boules court and children’s play area.
A five minute walk into the centre of Plan de la Tour and you’ll find the bakeries to collect your morning croissants and two mini-markets for your groceries, together with around a dozen restaurants and cafés and Le Bar de la Poste where you can easily spend all day with morning coffee or an afternoon glass of rosé watching the activity all around. Visit the nearby towns of Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud, Grimaud and Fréjus, or take the passenger ferry across the bay to St Tropez to see the amazing yachts. Further afield you can drive east to Cannes and take the train along the coast to Monaco, or west to visit Marseille, Aix or Avignon, or north and visit the Gorges du Verdon. For those who prefer to get some exercise the GR51 national hiking trail is a kilometre away, or hire a kayak or windsurf board. For children you’ll find AquaLand a few minutes away, with crazy golf and karting a little further.
